Beer Program

… guest beers and a new philosophy

NABC’s original Pizzeria & Public House is a rarity. We’re a brewpub, a multi-tap and a specialty beer bar, all at the same time. On any given day, you can expect to choose from the following:

12-15 NABC drafts
 
20-25 guest drafts from Indiana, metro Louisville, America and the world
 
125-150 bottles on the everyday beer list, organized by the Beer Judge Certification Program’s style definitions
 
25-50 seasonal and rotating bottles
 
15-20 meads and ciders … when the foraging is good

As we move forward, the carbon footprint of the Pizzeria & Public House’s guest beer lists, both bottles and draft, will continue to shrink.
 
After all, seeing that American-made beer has become so abundant and so good that it increasingly influences the world’s beer making, our long-term aim is to buy locally, regionally and nationally first, then consider foreign sources. It won’t happen overnight, but it is the goal.
